Celebrating Stage 4 Solutions’ Growth

2021 was a milestone year for Stage 4 Solutions. We celebrated our 20th anniversary in September and had the best year in our history. New sales bookings increased 105%, and revenues increased 55%. We expanded US employees to 23 states and hired team members in Canada, UK and India.
Our company’s exponential growth could not have happened without our amazing team members who exceed clients’ expectations. We are very thankful for our clients, who work with us to fill critical resource gaps quickly, even in the current job market.
Our growth was driven through fast-growing high-tech start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, as well as government agencies. Key expansions and customer wins include:
- High-tech leaders and start-ups: NetApp, HPE, Riverbed, Poly, FalconStor, Copado, Axcient, Explorium, Synack, Malwarebytes, Cohesity, Neo4j, and many more!
- Partnership with PRO Unlimited in ServiceNow’s Staff Augmentation MSP program
- Partnership with KellyOCG and PRO Unlimited in VMware’s Staff Augmentation MSP program
- Partnership with OST, Inc. in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania IT Staff Augmentation and State of Ohio IT Staff Augmentation MSP programs
In 2021, Stage 4 Solutions invested in new processes and robust cloud-based systems, and restructured the internal team to scale and enable growth. Another key area for the company was to continue commitment to its core values and principles while growing the team and operations; maintaining an open, honest, collaborative and inclusive work environment, and always working with the highest integrity, honesty, and focus on delivering client needs.
In 2021, Stage 4 Solutions was named one of the largest women-owned businesses and one of the largest minority-owned businesses in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Stage 4 Solutions has earned spots consecutively on both prestigious lists since 2016.
