Niti Agrawal, President Back to the top

Niti brings over 16 years of marketing and management experience to her clients. Prior to founding Stage 4 Solutions in 2001, she was the Director of Product Marketing for Agile Software, a leading provider of Product Lifecycle Management solutions. Previously, at HP, Niti led the team responsible for a $400M PC server product line. In this role, she was responsible for managing channel inventory, forecasting, pricing, service and support operations, end of life transitions and new product introductions. She was a certified CPA, early in her career.

Niti has been a frequent speaker at industry associations, Astia, Silicon Valley Product Management Association, Software Development Forum and the Business Marketing Association, and at leading business schools - Stanford University, Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and Santa Clara University.

Niti has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Accounting and Finance with highest honors from The Wharton School of Business. She currently serves on the board of the Northern California Business Marketing Association.



Maryling Yu - Consultant Back to the top

Maryling has over 12 years of experience in strategy development, product marketing and marketing and working with industry leaders such as Bain, Syndeo Corporation and CommPartners. In these roles, Maryling has led strategy and marketing efforts to drive sales traction and results.

Maryling holds three degrees from Stanford University - Bachelors in International Relations, Masters in International Development Policy and an MBA.



Cindy Wang - Consultant Back to the top

Cindy Wang has over 12 years of experience in product development, marketing and supply chain operations. She has held various roles in high tech industry, ranging from design engineering and technical marketing for Intel and strategic marketing for Symantec. Additionally, Cindy has significant experience as a management consultant, working for PRTM, developing go-to-market strategies, supply chain strategies, merger and integration strategies and managing product development projects.

Cindy has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.



Kathryn Houghton - Consultant Back to the top

Kathryn brings over 19 years of product strategy, management and marketing experience. At Microsoft, she directed product planning and strategy for MSN TV, marketed Internet Explorer, and launched Windows 98. Previously, she held leadership roles at Quantum and HP.

Kathryn holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.



Ram Narayanan - Consultant Back to the top

Ram has over 20 years of experience in a variety of product marketing, product management and revenue management positions at several technology companies, including IBM, Nortel, Dataquest (now Gartner), Sun Microsystems, Maxtor (now Seagate), Veritas, Symantec and GlobalSight, a prominent VC-funded startup. Ram was most recently Senior Manager of Product Marketing for Symantec’s rapidly growing Storage and Availability Consulting Services business. Prior to Symantec’s acquisition of Veritas, Ram was Senior Product Marketing Manager for Veritas Storage Foundation, the industry’s leading storage management software solution.

Ram has a BA with majors in Economics and History from University of California, Santa Cruz and an MBA from San Jose State University.



Randy Budde - Consultant Back to the top

Randy Budde has over 18 years of marketing experience. He has extensive experience in enterprise software and security, and has managed the spectrum of marketing programs, including sales tool development, brand management, Web site management, demand generation, press and analyst relations, and more. Randy was previously senior marcom manager for Ingrian Networks, one of the leading database encryption vendors. Prior to Ingrian, Randy held increasingly senior marketing positions with companies such as TimesTen (subsequently purchased by Oracle), Informix, and Centura.

Randy has a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.



Marianne Hoski - Consultant Back to the top

Marianne has over twenty years of experience in strategic business development and has led projects in product marketing, business planning strategies, and partnership program development. Prior to her consulting career, she held executive positions at TRW/Northrop Grumman, OneSoft Corporation and Technology Solutions Company.

Marianne holds a B.A. Organizational Psychology and Management from the University of Michigan.



Dhirendra Tripathi - India Operations Back to the top

Dhirendra brings over 17 years experience of business development management to clients. Dhirendra has managed various assignments for leading companies in high technology, automobile, consumer products, and financial services industries. These assignments are focus on marketing, sales, and operations functions. They involve dovetailing with the client and creating and managing dedicated teams to deliver upon the clients' goals.

Dhirendra has a B.Tech. from I.I.T. Kanpur.



Naren Agrawal - Advisor Back to the top

Dr. Naren Agrawal is an associate professor in the Department of Operations and Management Information Systems, at Santa Clara University. Dr. Agrawal teaches courses in supply chain management, operations management, computer based decision models, and manufacturing competitiveness in the MBA and executive MBA programs.

He has conducted numerous management development seminars and consulted with companies such as Adaptec, Applied Materials, Conceptus, The Gap, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Redistributors of America, Inc., Schlumberger, and MCA Solutions. His expertise includes supply chain management, sourcing strategy, design and analysis of distribution systems, and manufacturing competitiveness. Dr. Agrawal serves on the advisory boards of two companies engaged in the developing enterprise solutions for supply chain management.

Dr. Agrawal holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, B.H.U., India; M.S. in Management Science from the University of Texas at Dallas; and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
